Ⅳ Eligibility

1.Age: In principle, applicants must be at least 18 years old and under 31 years old (as of September 1, 2025).

2.Nationality: Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding valid ordinary foreign passports and meeting the requirements specified in Ministry of Education Notice on Regulating International Student Recruitment in Chinese Higher Education Institutions.

3.Academic Qualification: Applicants must possess a high school diploma or an academic qualification recognized as equivalent.

4.Health Status: Applicants must be in good health both physically and mentally and possess the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Their physical condition must comply with the requirements specified in relevant documents, such as Notice on Issuing the Guidelines for Physical Examination in General Higher Education Institution Enrollment jointly issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health (now the National Health Commission), and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. Those who fail the physical examination will not be admitted.

5.Language Proficiency: In principle, applicants should possess HSK4 certificate as the certification for their basic Chinese proficiency. Graduates from high schools where Chinese is served as the primary medium of instruction throughout their secondary education may be exempt from submitting HSK certificates when applying, but must submit official academic verification as proof.

6.Interview Requirements: Applicants must pass an assessment evaluating: Chinese/English language proficiency, study plan, logical reasoning capacity, academic/disciplinary records.

7.Financial Capacity: Applicants must submit household income certification demonstrating ability to cover tuition, living expenses, and international travel costs.

8.Legal Commitment: Applicants must sign a Letter of Commitment acknowledging compliance with Chinese laws, religious regulations, and ethical standards.

9.Reserved Rights: The institution reserves the right to deny admission to applicants deemed unsuitable through due process.

1. Application for Studying Abroad

Apply before July 15^th, 2025 and you may start your program in September, 2025. 2. Preliminary Qualification Examination

The school will examine submitted application materials. Qualified applicants will be notified to attend an interview when this process is completed.

3. Interview

The school will have some experts interviewing the applicants to assess the language proficiency (both Chinese and English), study plan, logical thinking ability, academic performance etc. Admission letters will be sent to the qualified.

Ⅶ Scholarships

Note: Enrolled international students must apply to the school upon admission. After approval, they can receive scholarship and living allowances, which shall be implemented in accordance with the Administrative Measures for Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College Scholarships.

Ⅷ About the Fees

Officially admitted students must complete registration and complete fee payment according to the specified schedule and requirements, and undergo the required physical examination. Failure to comply with either requirement shall result in disqualification of admission by the College.
